Located
a few miles south of Sheboygan Falls in east central Wisconsin, this
thriving business has been owned and operated for over 65 years by the
Van Tatenhove family. During that time it has earned a reputation as a
producer of fine cheddar, Colby, Monterey jack, and two-tone (Monterey
and Colby) cheeses.
The Raceway at Powercom Park,
Beaver Dam and the Powercom Speed Zone in Oshkosh are becoming
synonymous with
Gibbsville Cheese and the
Wisconsin Legends Dirt Racing
Series.
Gibbsville Cheese is making a return appearance at both
facilities for the 2005-Racing season and is becoming quite familiar in
this close knit circle of racing.

The
Wisconsin Legends Dirt
Racing Series is growing in leaps and bounds and the Van Tatenhove
family is proud both in the quality of their fine products and in the
fact they are the naming partnership and promotion of this elite group
of racers. Phil Van Tatenhove who runs the family business also
participates on a regular basis with this competitive field of seasoned
athletes.
Catch the action weekly at
the Powercom Park facility and once a month at the “ZONE” in Oshkosh.
And don’t forget to make a stop at the concessions and ask for those
ever popular “cheese curds”, made fresh and delivered regularly to the
Park.
