The Wisconsin Legends
Dirt Racing Series has been growing in leaps and bounds in the past
three years, and the Van Tatenhove family is proud both in the quality
of their fine products and in the fact they’ve been in the partnership
and promotion of this elite group of racers.

Phil Van Tatenhove
who runs the family business also participates on a regular
basis with this competitive field of seasoned athletes. Gibbsville
Cheese is becoming quite familiar and complimentary to this close knit
circle of racing.
Located
a few miles south of Sheboygan Falls

in east central
Wisconsin, this thriving
business
has been owned and operated for over
65 years by the Van
Tatenhove family. During
that time it has
earned a reputation as a producer of fine
Cheddar, Colby,
Monterey Jack, and two-tone (Monterey and Colby) cheeses.

The Raceway at
Powercom Park, Beaver Dam and the Gibbsville Cheese the
Wisconsin Legends Dirt Racing Series will also be scheduling two driving
schools tentatively scheduled for July and August 2006.

Speedway Auto Mall
will be coordinating times and schedules and that information will be
become available upon finalization of times and dates. Any adults who
has ever hugged the fence or race night seat, and dreamt of their chance
on the 1/3 mile clay oval, can fulfill their desire on either event.
On
a final note, the Gibbsville Cheese Legends will be
returning for the
World of Outlaws on June 14th. The legends will also appear
along with the 360 Sprints on July, and also be hosting their “Qualifier
on July 8th. The final of four “Duel at the Dam” series will
also command their participation before the 2006-Season finale.
Next time you’re
enjoying the races, don’t forget to make a stop at the concessions and
ask for those ever popular Gibbsville “cheese curds”, made fresh and
delivered regularly to the Park.
