Here's your chance to get involved in auto racing, deep inside.

1) Concessions General Grandstand and Pits.

Position requires customer service skills, positive attitude, food preparation, assist in preparing area for weekly events, and assisting the manager with location inventory counts

Maintain safe working conditions and sanitary work area.

Maintain accurate cash handling procedures at all times.

Provide great customer service.

Interact with customers and clients in a pleasant and professional manner.

This position requires stooping, lifting, standing and walking.

2) Webmaster Year round.

This is a "passion" position. You need to be interested in promoting racing online. Little to no pay, but you get in to all the events for free! Ideally this would be someone on the scoring staff. There is a lot of overlap.

Maintain website, update as desired. PHP, HTML, SQL knowledge needed.

Work with scoring software to integrate results to site.

Work with GM on keeping content timely, advertising and promotion of events and track.

Work with Competition Director in ensuring rules and regulations are current and correct.

Maintain email accounts on domain. Explore changing domains in near future.Upgrade site to PHP 7.1

Maintain a professional appearance on Facebook for the track, with timely updates and notices.

Collect and publish photos and stories pertaining to track or events.

Work with scoring staff to ensure results are posted correctly and timely, to both Facebook and web page.

3) Electronic Scorer

Learn at least the basics of sound system and operation.

Maintain and operate network system at track. (8 routers of varying configurations) Maintain and service computers (3 laptops [Win 7], 1 desktop [Win 10]) Maintain and service printers (4)

Learn to operate and maintain electronic scoreboard and software used at track (Scoring, Timing Software, Microsoft Word, DropBox, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook)

Ability to run Timing system at all events.

Check in of drivers at beginning of event.

Assist scorers with scoring and lineup functions.

Assist announcer with any technical problems.

Prepare timing reports at end of event and upload to website.

4) We also need to add at least one scorer for Tuesday Night kart racing.

These are fast paced jobs. Ability to think quickly and problem solve a must. We don't take many breaks. You'll be amazed at how fast time goes by.
